About our Founder

Founder: Kristina McCloy My name is Kristina McCloy. My husband and I live in Hinsdale with our two sons. I founded Concerned Parents of Illinois during the COVID lockdowns, when families across our state finally saw just how entrenched liberal institutions had become in our schools and communities. Out of that fight, I built a women’s network that has challenged school districts, libraries, and local governments, and we’ve made a real difference. I was honored to serve my township as a trustee and to represent Illinois as a Trump Delegate, experiences that strengthened my commitment to conservative leadership. I want to protect and preserve the Chicago suburbs as the conservative stronghold they have been, and the place I was blessed to grow up in. Since launching Concerned Parents Illinois, we’ve helped conservatives step up and run for local seats, educated and encouraged parents to speak out, organized events that connect like-minded neighbors, sponsored get out the vote initiatives and kept relentless pressure on local leaders to represent our values. Today, our movement is stronger than ever, committed to protecting children, empowering parents, and defending strong families and communities. |
